The Tampa Bay Rays hold a 1-0 lead over the Pittsburgh Pirates after the first inning at McKechnie Field. Pittsburgh shortstop Robert Andino booted a two-out grounder that led to Tampa Bay plating the first run.
Rays starting pitcher David Price allowed one hit, to reigning National League Most Valuable Player Andrew McCutchen, in a scoreless inning of work.
