The Boston Red Sox are in town for today's Grapefruit League matchup with the Pittsburgh Pirates at McKechnie Field.
And that means, a throng of Red Sox Nation has made the trip, too, to see the defending world champions battle last year's National League surprise story.
Check back here for updates as the game progresses. It's currently 0-0 with Pittsburgh batting in the bottom of the first inning. Pirates starting pitcher Francisco Liriano had little trouble in the top of the first inning, getting two ground outs and strikeout around one walk in the opening frame.
