No spring saw more fans come through McKechnie Field's gates than this one.
Today's Pirates-Rays game drew 6,583 fans, pushing this spring's total to 88,003. The previous mark of 87,206 was set in 2009.
But wait - there's more!
The Pirates' 16 home games this spring averaged 5,500, establishing a new mark and taking a Louisville Slugger to the previous mark of 5,404.
