Well, the more offense question was quickly answered with the Houston Astros firmly taking control of this Grapefruit League contest with a five-run fourth inning.
Houston has tacked on a couple more runs and leads 11-7 through seven innings.
With both teams combining for 20 hits, the 5,577 fans in attendance today have gotten the chance to see some hitting. It's the lowest attendance for a home game this spring at McKechnie Field, which had seen four sellouts out of the previous six games.
Pittsburgh added three runs to cut down the deficit thanks to Elias Diaz, who blooped a single to center field that plated two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
